Have you seen that two-ingredient vegan chicken recipe from TikTok? As soon as it came across my For You page I knew I had to give it a shot! I’ve made plenty of fake meat products, but never one this way made by using just flour and washing out the starch to get wheat gluten! It was definitely a fun thing to try, I’m not sure it’ll replace any of my go-to recipes for seitan but it could make a solid recipe with a little tweaking and more practice!
