In this week’s video I’m making the confetti cake recipe from Dessert Person. People have been SO nice about my other videos making recipes from the book, so when Jake requested the confetti cake recipe for his birthday I figured I’d do a little video about it! Obviously you can watch Claire Saffitz herself make the whole thing, so I just put together a short cake-making montage and then talk about the recipe after the fact. I made the sheet pan version which I really enjoyed, though I had some issues with baking that I talk about in the video.
